Selected partners
For effective support
Our independent practice allows us to rely on a network of selected partners, including financial and technical experts, colleagues specialized in areas of law that we do not deal with, and foreign colleagues. All of them are professionals with whom we have collaborated on several occasions and whose performance, reliability and quality of service we have approved.
The partners of Chatain Associés — 2022
History and memory
The law firm Stasi Chatain Associés, named after its founders, Antoine Chatain and the President Mario Stasi (†), an eminent figure in the Paris Bar, was created in 2000. Secretary of the internship conference, member of the Council of the Paris Bar Association on several occasions and President of the Board of Directors, Mario Stasi has particularly distinguished himself as the founder of the Avocats Sans Frontières movement. He was also at the origin of the creation, in November 1985, of the International Conference of Bars of Common Legal Tradition (CIB), which brings together numerous French-speaking bars affirming an ideal of independence. He participated in all the discussions carried out by La Francophonie in the field of democracy, peace and the promotion of human rights.
He has marked the judicial world, among other things, by his speeches on civil liberties, his pleadings in particular in Chile under Pinochet and in Africa, and is known and recognized for his commitment to freedoms, in particular alongside the Iranian resistance.
